I just wanted to jump on here and say that surgery went well yesterday and the knee has pulled up well. I also want to say thank you to my teammates, friends & family and the amazing @essendonfc fans for the love, messages and support over the past week. I’m really humbled by it and I don’t take for granted the time it took for you to reach out to me; it really does mean a lot 🫶.

Obviously shattered to do my ACL for the second time, but I know I’ll come back even better again. Been a tough last 4 years but I’ve got a great support network and have become very resilient. I can’t wait to train and train and obsess again soon…

Lastly, happy birthday to my old man! Love ya big fella🖤
