REAL HIP HOP

While I released the very rough demo version of this when I was 27, this is the official studio release of my third single 'I Almost Died' in the middle of 2025 when I was 28. At this point, I scrapped the low quality voice effect and started recording in higher audio quality.

In this track, I tell you a true story of when I almost died at age 27 on the night of 24th July 2024. In the moment, I thought that was it and could not believe I survived that. Enjoy! by @jaiintelflow

REAL HIP HOP

On the first day of 2024, when I was 26, this is when I officially became Jai Intel Flow also known as the 'Intel Ghost', 'The Underground Scientist', 'Tha Soul Shinah', and 'Unmatched MC' and released my second single 'Where Did The Time Go?'. Chipmunk Soul for the win yo!

Now my debut stage name was cool for its time but it got old very quickly...

Again, just like with my debut single, I wanted this lower quality, lo-fi echo type of voice on purpose because I loved the early and mid 00s flash game era and was inspired by those lo-fi military announcement voices and fight scenes from classic stick man fight games like Dynasty Street and Miniclip, XGen, HeavyGames, and Stick Page classics like the Heli Attack series, combined with Golden-era echoing underground Hip Hop boom-bap classic, lower audio quality voices. The settings which I selected during the recording process worked great for this yo! by @jaiintelflow

REAL HIP HOP

In 2021, when I was 24, before I became Jai Intel Flow and was just Jai Singh (my real name) the Rhyme King, I released my debut single 'Unmatched MC'. I was going for this lower quality, lo-fi echo type of voice on purpose back then because I loved the early and mid 00s flash game era and was inspired by those lo-fi military announcement voices and fight scenes from classic stick man fight games like Dynasty Street and Miniclip, XGen, HeavyGames, and Stick Page classics like the Heli Attack series, combined with Golden-era echoing underground Hip Hop boom-bap classic, lower audio quality voices.
