I may not have been one of the brave souls taking on the challenge, but I was there cheering on and supporting the MN3 crew every step of the way 💙

Add in unlimited laughs, countless memories, questionable amounts of stairs and the best company, and I’d say it was a pretty bloody good weekend 🥹😂⛰️

Today I really pushed myself outside my comfort zone and took on the Hill to Harbour 12km run.

I finished it and am so proud of myself, before today I’d never run more than 6km. Thank you to @elizasharpe89 for running the entire way with me and practically pulling me over the finish line 🤍👯‍♀️ taken in Bar Beach, Newcastle by @jaimeee_____

Hi family and friends!

Suicide is the biggest killer of young men aged 15-24.

This is my third time completing this challenge but this year I’m doing it a little differently. Since I work at a beautiful golf course I will be playing 50 holes of golf throughout the month of October while wearing the weight vest to raise money and awareness for mental health in young males.

Please if you can spare it I would love if you could donate and support me though this challenge again this year 🤍
