This is Abby. @endomeech

Years of worsening symptoms and being told it’s “normal”…I’m finally not accepting that answer. Follow my journey as I navigate life with PCOS, MCAS, pelvic venous congestion, and ruling out endometriosis. Next steps are pelvic and abdominal ultrasound, low histamine and inflammation diet, and pelvic floor therapy.
