Same W2, completely different portfolio.

Points and miles changed my life. Here are all the girls I’m NOT anymore 👇

I used to think credit cards were something to be scared of. Now they’re how I fly business class and stay in luxury hotels for pennies on the dollar.

The biggest mindset shifts:
✈️ Transferring points to airline and hotel partners almost always beats booking through the bank’s travel portal 💳 The right annual fee card pays for itself many times over in travel credits and perks 📈 Having multiple credit cards can actually help your credit score when you use them responsibly 🥂 Business class flights and 5-star hotels on points are real, not a fantasy 🌴 You can travel several times a year without draining your savings

I’ve stayed in some incredible hotels around the world on points. Now we’re building something I’d travel for: treehouses and cave suites in the Red River Gorge, Kentucky. 🌲

Here are 5 reasons this stay isn’t for everyone:

1️⃣ Barely a soul. There are only 6 suites on 11.5 acres: 3 treehouses and 3 cave suites carved into sandstone. 2️⃣ Nothing is square. The architecture follows the rock and the trees. 3️⃣ Total quiet. No streetlights, no neighbors, only stars. 4️⃣ No roughing it. You get heated floors and an indoor fireplace instead of a tent. 5️⃣ Everything is private. Every suite has its own hot tub and sauna.

If you want nightlife, keep scrolling. If you want a weekend where nobody can reach you, this is exactly for you.

And the location of this micro-resort is Red River Gorge, Kentucky.

RRG has over 2 million visitors annually, with 15% year over year growth and demand in every season.

We’re leveraging this destination to pull in visitors to our resort who want to disconnect and enjoy nature in a more luxurious way.

I used to redeem my points for gift cards or cash back. $50 here, $100 there. It felt like free money until I found out what those same points were actually worth.

Credit card points aren’t worth much on their own. The real value shows up when you transfer them to airline and hotel partners instead of cashing out through the bank’s travel portal. That’s the difference between a $50 gift card and a $6,000 business class seat or $10,000 5-star hotel stay.

I’ve used this exact strategy to book JAL First Class, Emirates Business Class, Waldorf Astoria New York, and much more luxury travel I never would have paid cash for otherwise. Same points, but completely different outcome.

I’ve flown business and first class for pennies on the dollar, and ranking them was harder than I expected!

Here’s how they stacked up👇🏼

✈️ S-Tier goes to Japan Airlines First Class on the A350. It’s not close. The seat, the service, the food, all of it feels like a different planet than everything else on this list.

✈️ A-Tier is Emirates Business on the A380, Turkish Business on the Dreamliner, and Hawaiian First on the Dreamliner. All genuinely great, all worth chasing down with points.

✈️ B-Tier is JetBlue Mint and Singapore Business on the 777-300ER. Still a massive upgrade over economy, but some kinks on the hard product that doesn’t quite make the cut for A-Tier.

The part people get wrong is thinking they don’t have enough points for these business and first class seats because they try to redeem their points in the bank’s travel portal, which is a rip off! 90% of the time, transferring points to partner airlines will get you outsized value to book these flights. That’s the actual skill here.
