13U season was a good one. Thank you to all the coaches and teams who believed in me this year Rays Baseball, USA Prime HTX Scout, and Five Star Scout.
Really thankful for all the opportunities to play, get better, and compete with great teammates. Making PG Team Louisiana and Team USA NTIS South were definitely my proudest accomplishments this season. Now it’s on to the next chapter. Time to keep working and become the best version of myself every day. ⚾️ #eyetest #catcher #nextchapter by @jakedallimore17

Sometimes you don’t realize how much progress has been made until you look back. 📈

That’s what this video is about.

Watching Jake’s older training clips compared to where he is today, you can SEE the development. Not to mention my guy had a heck of a growth spurt.

Stronger. More explosive. Faster. Better movement. More control. More confidence in what his body can do.

None of it happened overnight.

And that’s something we want parents and young athletes to understand.

Development takes time. And it takes even more time if you don’t have enough time to make it to the gym.

You may not notice a major difference from Monday to Friday. You may not even notice it from one month to the next.

But when an athlete continues to show up, continues to work, and is given time to develop eventually, you can look back and SEE the difference.

That’s why we train for the long term.

Keep showing up. Keep stacking days. Keep developing.

Proud of the work, Jake. And we’re still building. 💪🏾
