after four incredible years, i’m saying goodbye to capital breakfast 💙

when i joined the show in 2022, i’d only been working in radio for a couple of years, so getting the opportunity to work on one of the biggest breakfast shows in the country felt completely mad to 19 year old me! fast forward to spring 2024 and i was part of the team that launched the all-new capital breakfast with jordan, chris + siân, and what a wild ride it’s been…

i’ve produced interviews with some of the biggest stars in the world, built some absolutely ridiculous sound design pieces, made what feels like a billion promos, worked on huge events, and created some of the biggest radio stunts the industry has ever seen!

capital breakfast was always the dream for me. i used to drive to school listening to the radio, completely obsessed with the magic of it all, so getting to be part of the team shaping that sound every morning is something i’ll always be immensely proud of.

and the team, i always say i see them more than my own family, but really, they are my family. jordan, chris, siân, calum, jimmy, bella, maddie, tom and everyone else i’ve worked with over the years on the show, thank you for the 5am laughs and making my time the best ever ❤️

super excited for the next chapter at global starting in the next few months! 🎶
