It was only a matter of time! PART II. The reunion is happening again, and we are hoping to outdue ourselves from the last one. Two nights of reimagined pub fare with the best @chez_ma_tante. Monday and Tuesday, October 20th & 21st, a joint menu between myself, @mmtastytreats, & @ggabe.borges. Expect some heavy cozy comfort. A bit of game. Something from the sea. A pie or two. Details, menu, & more as we get a bit closer to then. Guinness floweth over. Bookings are live and on @resy. Get em while they’re around!

Here’s the next installment of chefs returning to the Warehouse for Too Many Cooks on Oct. 5:

Jake Leiber & Gabe Borges of @chez_ma_tante, who we’ve loved collaborating with this past summer, are teaming up again.

This time with Jay Wolman of @intermission.intl, who cooked the very first Warehouse Dinner back in March 2022. The three of them will be working together on a @happyvalleymeat beef cheek dish, paired with a veg-forward side.

From longtime friends to first collaborators, seeing these chefs come together under one roof is something truly special. One menu, one day only.
