Yo! I’m Jake, the co-director and writer of Tormentors. My favorite horror films are Smile 2 and The Blair Witch Project (although really my answer changes every 5 minutes). I LOVE horror. And I LOVE aliens! So it was only a matter of time before I combined the two in a fun, sick and twisted sort of way. Never did I believe I would have a small army of the most talented people I know to help me bring it to life. I grew up making short films with my friends and to still be able to do that today is such a blessing. When you have a passionate community around you like I do, nothing is impossible.

I’m so excited to show you what horrors lie beyond the stars! 👽 by @jakemurrayyy

What if the incoherent, conspiracy-filled rants of the infamous Florida Man were true all along?

After a brief stint in jail, Alex, a low-level wannabe thug, and his brother, Dillon, begin to suspect that something sinister is brewing in their Florida hometown. Locals are vanishing, and shady retirees lurk in the shadows. When Dillon suffers a psychotic break and disappears, Alex sets out to find him, only to uncover a twisting conspiracy centered around a nearby senior citizen trailer park… the kind of story only a Florida Man could survive.

It’s been a long journey, and it’s almost over. Jit is coming SOON!

Shout out to @jakemurrayyy for editing this trailer and @troy.log for the sound mixing.
