I always here people saying, "what do you get for the guy who has everything?"

The answer is COMPANY! (Bourbon dont hurt either though! 😜)

Saturday Jamie Geiger through me a surprise golf outing with 50 of my closest friends.. such a wonderful gift and surprise. It was awesome, thank you so much to everyone that came and made that happen.

Yesterday was my actual birthday and a had to recieve close to 200 calls, text, fb messages..I really felt the love! I was able spend the whole with my family and close friends poolside.. ribs and all the fixins for dinner.. it was an amazing day!

Reflecting back on my 40 years. I hope to continue to enjoy the little things more & more.. I am so blessed with an amazing wife, beautiful children, wonderful family, and a group of awesome friends. I look forward to continuing to recieve blessings of family and friendship from all of them.. Time is the greatest blessing of them all, and i hope to be able to reflect like this again in another 40 years.

One more time, i want to thank my wife, family, and friends for making my big 40 so amazing..

So much cooking this holiday. Hosting two different family Christmases and a first birthday party for my daughter.

Started off with prime rib smoked on the @recteq_official using @meatchurch seasonings and matt's recipe, lobster tails, & snow crab claws.

The next day we had wagyu tomahawk ribeyes which were almost 7 lb between the two of them. Definitely check out @snakeriverfarms meats if you haven't yet!

And then lastly we made a charcuterie table for 40 people. It was quite a hit!

Second Thanksgiving dinner.. Many know where I'm coming from with this. My family decided to do just small plates and appetizers for our dinner tonight since everybody would have already ate a turkey dinner already by the time they got there.. came up with these Thanksgiving inspired sliders.. sliced turkey, smoked Gouda, stuffing, and Hawaiian rolls.. pour butter over, bake, and then dip in gravy.. they turned out amazing and everybody loved them!
