POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Dear men. How's your mental health?

(This is Just a general checking in by the way) .. Because A BROKEN man doesn't always look Broken.

Brothers, check in/on your friends / brothers.
Let's talk about it!

We all carry things behind closed doors that the world may never see but still try to show up for others , sometimes the strongest thing you can do isn't pretending you're okay, but having the courage to admit you're hurting and needs help when the world feels heavy.

There are people who smile, work, train, provide, laugh, then Answers - " I'm good "... " I'm fine"... " I'm doing alright" and keep moving then goes HOME and quietly fights battles they never speak about, if that's You, talk to someone you can confide in. I hope you know that being strong doesn't mean suffering alone - maybe strength isn't always having it figured out. Sometimes it means having the courage to even just reach out and don't ever feel ashamed to seek help.

Send this to your brothers /Friends and let them know they can always come to you when things might feel rough, that u can be a listening ear!
