Lookin’ good, Mount Hood. 😏 by @jakey_two_tips

I spent the Summer of ‘26 in the Florida Keys. Here’s a small glimpse of some of the fun. I got to spend everyday on the water. Worked on a tour boat called the Morada Mermaid 🧜‍♀️ Lived the island life. Met so many good people. Got to host my family for a fun weekend of playing mermaids. Flew shotgun in a seaplane to Dry Tortuga’s National Park. Watched as many sunsets as I possibly could. Drove Norm to the southern tip of the keys and back. Saw dolphins, turtles, manatees, sharks, tarpon, and mermaids galore. So fun 😎🌴🌞 by @jakey_two_tips

One of the largest trout I’ve ever laid eyes on. The stars aligned and mojo was flowing.

Look at the guides face, the excitement was huge in the boat. Special fish. Special moment. Thanks @pabstbluerippin for a great day on the water and for putting me on a true monster of a trout.

@fruitametro and I were out on a guided float from @wyocowboydrifters on the North Platte River. It was awesome to fish some new water and get a chance to enjoy a day of fishing rather than guiding. Our guide Luke was on it from start to finish. Check him out and get in his boat if you’re in the Casper area. by @jakey_two_tips

Dog Days of Summer are Doggin’. Temps are high, skies are amazing, clients are awesome, hands are callused, tan is heavy. Thankful to see the things we see by spending so much time on the river. Looking forward to cooler temps but enjoying summer for all it’s worth.

July Grass Hopper fishing has been good to us. Summertime on the Gunnison River 😎Thanks for coming out gents 🍻 ☀️ 🎣 🛶 by @jakey_two_tips

Spent June 2025 with @gunnisonriverexpeditions running 3 day wilderness fly fishing trips through the Gunnie Gorge. Such an incredible experience!

Huge thank you to all the wonderful folks met along the way. To the guides showing me the ropes. And to the big dog @riffle_junkie for encouraging me to get on board.

Trips rolling on through July and fishing has been great, Chaco tan is unmatched and the soul is recharged and ready for more🤘🏽🎣🌞

‘Splorin with Norman

Norm and I set out to an overlook of the Colorado River by way of Rabbit Valley trail system. Edging the border of the Utah state line we found a suitable place to have a salami sandwich in the cold afternoon wind, bringing with it a flurry of rain and sleet. I then ventured a poke around the rim of McDonald Canyon. Having spent the previous summer guiding the river below, a scenic stretch known as Ruby-Horsethief, this view was a welcomed sight of summer nostalgia in January. As we crawled through the desert landscape we found tiny windows and keyhole arches in the sandstone and a particularly wind whipped amphitheater.

Norm is a little red truck. 10/10 adventure pardner and is proving his worth and formidability as a 2025 guide rig.

🫡🤠🤘🏽💀
