IT’S ROCKY MARTIN TIME!!
Okay so…. Real talk. I came up with this idea when María came up on my gym playlist on the treadmill and I couldn’t get the idea of making a dance animatic out of my head. I’ve been drawing the tango Grocktiz and still had so much left inside me I guess!!!
.
I have never made an animatic before, and I used iMovie so the panning and stuff isn’t exactly how I had it in my mind, but I didn’t have time to learn after effects so!! You get the gist of what I’m trying to do here, right???
.
How long did this take me? Just over 3 days. Because I’m crazy!!!! And uh.. don’t try to make sense of what’s happening. It’s music video rules (aka no rules). And this is incredibly self indulgent. I’m just trying to put my cringiest self forward in this world of bullshit ai. This is what I’m bringing to the table. So Opaaaaaaaa! Enjoy! 💃🕺

It’s been a hot minute since I did a window for @bbombshellsalon ! (Actually it’s been a year haha!) I had some time between conventions to whip up a new pride window, and this year they wanted Steven Universe! Hope that everyone coming into the salon can take a moment to think of just flexibility, love and trust! 🌈

Hey Edmonton! I’m at Animethon again and I’m back with my wares in the artist alley area! Though I’m not in the AA rows, I’m one row over in the premium area! Just look for the blue curtains and the Gosling shrine! ;) I’m also taking $40 bookmark commissions if that tickles your fancy! #animethon by @jakface

Made a companion piece to the Undertale one I made 10 years ago now! I can’t believe it’s been that long since it came out..
I’ve also been finally catching up with Deltarune. I’m on chapter 5 now! The unhinged writing style is definitely my favourite part. Especially Rouxls Kaard. The bisexual polyamorous king (jester???? Idk) also I’m loving Susie’s journey from loner bully to having fun in adventures. Of course I’m playing the pacifist route, I’m scared to know what the alternative is..!!!

Just a quick post to show my setup for @anirevovancouver ! I’m table A141 in the back of the artist alley! I’m on a corner so easy to spot, just look for the light up bat and Gosling shrine! Come make an offering, get a commission, peruse the wares or chat a bit! I also have a Pay what you Want bin to try to vacate some old stock, so you can potentially get some cool art for basically nothing!!!! Come visit!! 🩵🩵 #animerevolution #anirevo2026 by @jakface
