Faith for a “one day” miracle is easy. Jesus was constantly challenging His followers to believe that He was able to move TODAY. taken in Trinity Church by @jakobbarrientos

The more we make room for God, the more our hearts begin to long for His presence. What we continually feed will grow, and what we pursue will shape our desires.

May we never become satisfied with yesterday’s encounter, but remain hungry for more of Him. ❤️‍🔥

What are you feeding your spirit today?

Did you know your heart has a way of revealing what’s really going on within you?

The insecurities. The fears. The places you’ve been holding onto that maybe you haven’t even realized are there.

Maybe it’s time to check your heart. Maybe it’s time to press in a little deeper in your prayer time and let God reveal what needs to be surrendered.

“Dad, I had a vision…”

Moriah came to me and Leah last week and shared about an encounter she had during worship on September 1st, 2026.

While I was in worship, I saw a map unfold before me, and a piece of land surrounded by water. I didn’t know what location or nation it was. I remember seeing on the top left a piece of land that was jagged on the side.

The vision shifted, and I was standing in a big green forest. I turned and saw Dad. There was fire all around him, burning the grass and trees. But it didn’t feel dangerous. I looked and noticed there were two massive angels standing beside him.

We started walking. As we started walking, there were hundreds of people that began walking with us.

On Wednesday when Mom and Dad were out of town, I walked into his office. On the wall, I noticed new wall hangings. They were maps of the different cities in the metroplex. In that moment, I realized Cedar Hill was the map that I saw in my vision!!

My heart was stirred deeply. Stirred as she shared the vision. Thankful for my Leah’s eye for design and our vision for the cities of South Dallas. taken in Trinity Church by @jakobbarrientos

“He restores my soul…For you are with me” 🌺🌴☀️🤎

That was the banner over this precious trip back to Hawaii.
I walked the beach early in the mornings repeating the Psalm over and over. And each time His love poured out more and more. Always amazed at His gentle faithfulness.
The Lord has been so kind to us!

“The LORD is my shepherd
I shall not want
He makes me to lie down in green pastures
He leads me beside the still waters
He restores my soul🥹
He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil
For You are with me
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies
You anoint my head with oil
My cup runs over
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever

We don’t need another version of what we can do on our own. We need the power of God.
And that power is still available today. taken in Cedar Hill, Texas by @jakobbarrientos
