Keep it simple, stay consistent🦾
Your gym routine and diet shouldn’t dictate your life.
It just needs to be a part of it!!

I can’t imagine not living the way I do now, being able to enjoy myself while staying in shape. I want to show you that it’s easy to do. Flick me a message if you’d like to learn this lifestyle 😇 by @jakobmcdowell

Crazy this is only 8 WEEKS!👏🚀😎

8kg ⬇️ Lean muscle 🆙 Strength 🆙

Awesome stuff from Lukas!! See what he has to say about his progress so far…

“8 weeks in and feeling like a new version on my self, I’m in no shit the best shape of my life at 40 years old. I’ve always been a fairly active person surfing / golf / walking / tradie on the tools everyday. I’ve never really been “overweight” I guess I was a skinny fat guy fairly slim but had a little gut and soft round the edges. When I turned 40 I wanted to make a change. I didn’t believe that just because I was older I should feel slow and sluggish but what I had been doing wasn’t working and I felt burnt out and I wanted my spark back. I went to Jakob for help and I’m amazed on the progress we have made. He dialled in my diet and put together a program that works for me as a tradie in a small business owner who is generally fairly time poor. We started out pretty simple and once I got in the habit of the new routine we built from there. I used to dread going to the gym as it seemed like a big effort and now it’s what I look forward to the most in my day because of the way it makes me feel! Pretty pumped to see what the next eight weeks bring! Thanks so much for your help Jakob. Let’s smash it!”
