Heal yourself my friend ❤️
Big up man like @woodzygram & @sofarlondon for having me in what felt like a really special night poetry and music in London 🙏🏼
Loads of amazing talent on display and in amongst it I got to perform an acapella version of Velcro for the first time which was cool 👟
Feeling inspired this morning - poetry in the UK is alive and beautiful ☀️

When your media students find you on Tik Tok 👀
-
Sometimes you gotta use these things as bargaining chips to get them to complete their work 🤣 I Love it when I get to teach this class, loads of creativity and talent in the room. I told them if they finished their presentations which they did, we could do 10 minutes of bars. Next we need to work on the cursing and subject matter! but sometimes it’s more important to give these young people a space to just express themselves as for a lot of them it was their first time rapping, especially in front of others. One brick at a time 🙏🏼

Have you ever been? 🧭
For those that don’t know I lived and worked in Indonesia for a year and have visited Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. It’s really a special part of the world for me and also a big part of my relationship with my brother @finnkinnara We travelled Bali together for a few weeks with our third brother @vandalist_murals 🙏 I learnt a lot about myself alternative lifestyles inspired in particular by the Balinese way of life, but also the wider eastern mindset and the study of Buddhist, Hindu# and Taoist philosophies 🧘
Our new track compass is about our relationship with travelling this part of the world 🌍 Out now in all the places 🙏
