It’s my babygirls 3rd birthday today . She just had her 3rd birthday party yesterday . In her life , she’s only seen me @ 1 of her 3 birthday parties , 1/3 Christmas’ , never seen me at Thanksgiving & we’ve spent 1 New Years together . & don’t get me wrong i’m thankful for every moment i’ve gotten to spend w her & I’m also grateful for the reasons why i’ve missed so much time w her . I’ve caught myself thinking sometimes .. is it worth it ? I’ve missed over half of her life already .. She woke up yesterday , the morning of her birthday party , sad because daddy couldn’t be there . “ Daddy do u wanna come to my house “… Ngl i never expected that - not this early at least. It hits different .. I’ve learned a lot since becoming a father. It’s made me appreciate all the sacrifices my pops made for me .. and that his pops made for us both . You can never make the “perfect” decision . It’s never an easy option or an easy way out - & not often is there a “win - win” situation. All you can do is pray about it , put your best foot forward & go all in on whatever u do .. trusting and having faith that it’s the best decision & knowing you have the right intentions behind it . You pray that one day they’ll understand and see why all the sacrifices were made.. That girl is my world , and i’ll do whatever for her to have the best chances & opportunities in this life . ILYPRINCESS ❤️‍🔥 HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY 👑
