Doesn’t mean much, but being flown out for your first speaking engagement is pretty cool 😄.

From having a stutter as a child to getting on stage and feeling nothing. That’s even cooler. taken in Marlins Park -Miami Marlins by @jalengonel

10 most wtf moments that defined my year (in order of wtf)

🌊 Launched @experientialclothingco, celebrated by jumping into the venue’s pool clothes on

🏄🏽‍♂️ ‼️‼️ While surfing in Maui, my leash broke during a strong current and had there not been a kind stranger to get my board, I would’ve drowned. Humbling, it internalized in me never to take life for granted.

📈 Pitched my startup to VCs (venture capital investors) as part of our capstone. Not only was the SF entrepreneurship program incredibly influential, my startup was validated by the VCs present.

👕These last few experiences heavily influenced my desire to start my first company, @experientialclothingco. Today, I have a team of passionate individuals. I can’t wait to share what we’re working on!

🎙️Snippets of interviews of homeless people during my ride along with police officers of the Tenderloin district while in San Fransisco. While in SF I launched a podcast, now @livesoftheparty_ . I wanted to understand the homeless crisis in SF in mini documentary fashion. While that did not transpire, it was one of the most unique adventures I’ve ever had.

🐢 While on family vacation in Cancun, watched as a sea turtle came up to where I was sitting enroute to lay her eggs.

🌉 An hour after landing in SF, backflipped to applause from the entire park of Los Alamos Square in front of the famous Painted Ladies.

💍Hitchhiking in the backseat of a recently engaged couple (like 5 mins before) after getting high and hiking the Muir Woods. Our phones dead, sunset imminent, we had no other options.

🎥 I started a social presence. Putting myself out there has been one of the scariest fears I’ve worked to overcome, but essential based on the goals I’ve set for myself.

🧧 Chinese New Year in the largest Chinatown not in China. When all was said and done the streets were inches thick with fireworks residue.

Hands down the most eventful year of my life. To everyone I spent my time with, love y’all ❤️ taken in 2022 by @jalengonel
