breathing a little deeper after my fav's concert by @jaliyuhhh
Today I will be graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University and receiving my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Education. To say that getting to this moment was difficult would be a severe understatement. I have faced some of my most challenging moments during my time here. However, my time at this school has taught me far more than what can just be taught on paper. I have learned true resilience and strength. I'm grateful for many of my experiences here pushing me out of my comfort zone. I thank VCU and all of my professors and the staff that had a hand in helping shape me into the person that I am after my 4 years here. This all wouldn't be possible without God, my family, and my friends' constant support. I thank them for encouraging me even in moments when I found it hard to stay motivated and keep going. I thank my mom for always being my unwavering biggest supporter and for teaching me to stay true to myself and who I am regardless of what I am faced with. I thank my grandparents' who I lost during my time in undergrad for their love, care, and being a big part in why I was able to make it this far. 2023-2024 ACE-It Education Coach 2024-2026 Sistas Event Coordinator 2025-2026 Black Ice Dance Crew President 2025-2026 You First First-gen Peer Mentor Signing off 💛 📷: @byleoul stoles: @itsnucreative by @jaliyuhhh
