🔥 Warm-Up/Cardio
⏱️ 15–30 minutes
• StairMaster: Level 8, 10, or 12
OR
• Treadmill: Speed 7.6
🏋🏽 1st Superset (4 rounds)
▫️ 10 Farmer Squats
▫️ 15 Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs)
▫️ 20 Sumo Squat Pulses
🦵🏽 Leg Press
▫️ 4 sets x 20 reps
▫️ 4 plates per side (adjust as needed)
🔥 2nd Superset (4 rounds)
▫️ 10 Bulgarian Split Squats each leg
▫️ 15–20 Squat Pulses
▫️ 10 Curtsy Lunges each leg
OR
▫️ Seated Hip Walks
🍑 Abductor Machine
▫️ 4 sets x 20 reps
▫️ 260 lbs (or challenge yourself with your own max)
♨️ Sauna Ab Circuit (3 rounds)
▫️ 20 Crunches
▫️ 20 Bicycle Kicks
▫️ 20 Flutter Kicks
▫️ Mix in your favorite core movements
