On July 31st the light in my bathroom was just right 😌

I really need to take pictures of myself more often haha.

Summer is when I thrive, not looking forward to the winter already.

I can’t sleeeeeeep
So here’s a pic of me holding Darryl’s camera looking like I know what I’m doing.

Come watch our movie in November at Hyland Cinema! I didn’t shoot it, but I designed all the costumes and set decor, so that’s pretty neat.

Learned a song today!

Been seeing mixed reviews on the latest Weezer album, but this song is definitely my favourite. I’ve always been all about the lyrics.

Why is it so cold this morning?
We still have 8 days of summer left.
Glad I took these pics a few weeks ago

The Premiere Seats at @landmarkcinemas had us pleasantly surprised during the season finale of @strangerthingstv

We were lucky enough to score tickets to see the final episode in theatres and man was it worth it! The sound design for the final battle was bone rattling!

Can’t believe the series is done after all these years. Hats off to the Duffer brothers for wrapping up like 8 different storylines and tying up loose ends for like 20 main characters in only 2.5 hours.

Have you watched the finale yet? What did you think? Will you be trying out Landmark’s premiere seating for a luxury theatre experience?

And with that 2025 comes to an end!

What a year of loss and growth, learning new skills and learning a lot about myself, meeting some amazing people and reconnecting with the some of best people in my life.

I learned how to golf!
I got back into guitar!
I saw films I was a part of celebrated on the big screen!
I focused on my hair again after years of neglect!
I foraged and began my journey of kitchen alchemy!
I saw some amazing films!
I hung out with some amazing people!
I spent so many days on film sets I could only dream of!
And MCCLAREN WON!!!!!

I’m ready to step into 2026 cleansed and focused with purpose, love, and authenticity. So grateful.

Cannot wait to see what’s to come ✨🎬🙌🏽🏌🏾‍♀️

Stay safe this holiday season, film friends 🤘🏻🫶🏾👋🏼

Pictured: the camera that started it all, the @canoncanada XA10 that was used to shoot our first feature film “.44” in 2018. Small, but mighty. It doesn’t matter what you’re shooting on, just matters that you get it shot.

You can watch “.44” in it’s entirety on YouTube if you’re looking for something to pass the time this holiday break!

“Who hired the blind boom guy?” 😂

Never a dull moment on a set with your friends, if you’ve ever thought about making a film this is your sign to finish the script, find some actors, get someone who knows their camera, and shoot the damn thing! What you don’t succeed at this time will be more valuable as a lesson learned, especially when the stakes are low. Have fun, try things you’ve ✨ only seen in the movies ✨ and share it with your community! Host a screening, put it online, we need indie filmmakers now more than ever! We are dying to see your work, let us know what you’ve got going on!

Just me being a goofball. I think I almost sang in key… almost 😆

You know what I miss? Rockband with the girls after school, I was always 100% on the mic. “MaaaaAAAAAaaaaps wait… they don’t love you like I love you”
