I never imagined the emotions I would feel when running across this picture last week while scrolling IG. This precious new fall set from my forever favorite, @pinkchickenny . While everything PC creates literally takes my breath away, this time it wasn’t about the clothes, but that tiny bow in the upper right hand corner. That was our bow, mine and InaBeth’s. When we started Ellebyrd in the fall of 2019 my dream was to one day collaborate with Pink Chicken. InaBeth made that possible. She made the dream to make a product, and sell it all over the United States a reality. I miss her everyday, every minute, every second. It seems so unfair to not be able to celebrate this with her. They are still using our bow! I often wonder if it mean’t as much to her or if it was just seeing me happy. Because that is who she was! I don’t know that it will ever get any easier. What I do know is every time I see that bow, it feels like the biggest hug from her in a body made whole again. by @jamaschlauch
