💀 BEAUTY IN THE DARK 🦋

A surreal blackwork piece bringing together a butterfly, skulls and some seriously dark detail.

From the contrast to the finer details, this one just gets better the closer you look. 🖤

Would you wear something like this? 👀

Thank you for popping in and trusting me to experiment and explore some new techniques on you! 🖤

I did this piece a few weeks ago to see how the style felt whilst tattooing and it sparked a whole new obsession with engraving-style tattoos. There’s something about texture and depth that I’m hooked on.

I’d love to push this style further, experiment more and really develop my own take on engraving. More of this please, thank you 🤘🏼

The story behind this wall is just as inspiring as the art itself.

@jameltattoos recently partnered with Boombox Youth Project, which creates a range of fantastic opportunities for young people in Weston-Super-Mare.

He led a creative workshop in Oldmixon, starting with a warm-up experimenting with space-themed doodles, which was later transformed into street art.

As a reflection of the experience, jameslartist created his Weston Wallz 'Space Man'.

Find this mural on the back of Boro Social Club in Locking Road car park.

Weston Wallz is made possible through the support of @aceagrams, Weston Town Council, @westonbid, @superculturewsm and @montana_colors. 🙏
