I married my best friend yesterday! I don’t know what I did to deserve this woman, but she has changed my life more than I could have ever imagined. Cheers 🥂 to the start of something special! Can’t wait to spend the rest of eternity with you, Bailey ❤️ 7.23.26 taken in Fort Desoto Beach by @james.graefe

5 years of training and the game plan is still 20% skill, 80% athleticism 🤷‍♂️

Fought a very game opponent in @nhoj_namsserd this past Saturday for @vigilant_mma in Muay Thai
The decision did not go my way but we learned a lot and I definitely had a hell of a time.
Thanks to everyone who came out to support. Couldn’t do it without the @graciebrandonbjj FAM

🔥 Combat Quest 45 | Main Card Result 🔥

Solid amateur matchup with both fighters showing grit. James Graefe of Gracie Brandon earns the win by finish, while Nathan Hosenpud representing Ludus Martial Arts showed heart and toughness stepping in.

Congratulations to both fighters for competing and continuing to build their experience the right way. Respect to both. 👊

The fight did not go as planned. Fought like shit and got TKO’d pretty quick. Felt very off, but huge props to my opponent for getting in there and thank you to @flexfightseries and @flexmatchmaker for the opportunity.
Thank you to everyone from @graciebrandonbjj who came out and supported us. Sorry for the 💩 performance 🤷‍♂️ taken in Tampa, Florida by @james.graefe
