One of my favorite parts of hosting #LeadingforWellness CEO, Executive, and Investor #Events is getting to introduce people to brands that I love to use.

At our last event @sleepeq_inc generously provided giveaways for attendees, and I was especially excited about this one because it’s a product that’s made a real difference for me personally.

For years, I relied on a combination of Ambien and sleep gummies, trying to get better rest. Even then, I never felt like I was getting truly restorative sleep. A few months ago, I started taking SleepEQ sublingual tablets, and the difference has been remarkable. Over the last four months, I’ve started dreaming again and have had the most consistent and restful sleep in years.

They take a different approach than many sleep products on the market. Rather than simply loading up on melatonin, it’s designed to support your body’s natural sleep processes by mimicking pineal peptides that help restore healthy #melatonin production, which typically declines as we age.

I’m not someone who typically talks about sleep supplements unless I’ve personally seen results, but this is one that’s earned a spot on my nightstand.

A big thank you to the SleepEQ team for supporting and sponsoring our event and helping our guests discover something that could have a meaningful impact on their health and quality of life.
