Potential new author photos taken last night in #barmarsella one of the oldest absinthe bars in #barcelona. Once frequented by figures like Hemingway, Orwell, Picasso and Dali. Which of these pictures should I feature on my new website? Answer 1,2,3 or 4 by @james_benmore

It’s London, 2004 and a morally tarnished private eye named Ray Tyler has been offered big money to track down an anonymous #contract killer. But not so he can to bring him to justice.

Fancy a free #ebook? To celebrate the upcoming publication of my long awaited #crimenovel Ask for Mercy, I’ve released a short prequel novella called #FindtheNeedle. All you have to do to get it is visit James-Benmore.com and sign up to my newsletter. taken in London, United Kingdom by @james_benmore

Stop. Hammer time.
A superb screening last night of the 1958 Dracula from Hammer House of Horror starring the iconic Christopher Lee as the titular Count and foxy-faced favourite Peter Cushing as Van Helsing. The 4k restoration looked stunning on the big screen and there was a wild gothic party afterwards in St Martins in the Field crypt. Fangtastic inspiration for my almost finished neo-gothic thriller Hauser and the Vultures which you can learn more about at James-Benmore.com by @james_benmore

It’s not his birthday and it’s not Father’s Day. It’s an appreciation post for our amazing Dad/Grandpa that also marks the breaking of his 75-year party-game losing streak … in spectacular style. taken in Eynsford, Kent by @james_benmore

Strong recommendation for the serious crime readers among you. No Saints Only Killers is the latest hardboiled private eye novel from my talented friend @drlukedeckard and it’s his best yet. You can download the ebook right now or order the paperback from Amazon. It’s an excellent read! by @james_benmore
