8 years ago today I had just returned from over a week away, including a trip to speak for @kellerwilliamsportugal.
My first morning back, Naomi and I went out for a drive. I wanted to give @terrihshaw a break after having to run everything at home by herself. I didn't have a plan, we just drove around and eventually ended up at the beach.

We didn't have our suits, towels, chairs or anything else you'd take to the beach. We just walked around and after a few minutes Naomi turned to me and said, "If I had a daddy who gave me ice cream everyday, he would not be the best dad. You are the best dad and this is the best day!"

In that moment my six year old daughter taught me one of the biggest lessons I've ever learned. Our kids just want to spend time with us. That's it.

It's easy to forget and get wrapped up in work, their activities and all the other stuff life brings. So, take some time to pause and just hang out. You'll be glad you did and they will be too. by @jamesdshaw

Pendings are at a three year low and I'm not worried.
The state of the market is irrelevant to your results, but it does require a little extra effort.

Here are four little things you can do today that could make all the difference this week.

1. Touch base with every listing and pending first thing Monday morning. You'd be surprised how many agents don't do this.
2. Record a market update and post to your socials and send to your database.
3. Get a price reduction on a listing.
4. Reach out to people you know who've been in their house 7-10 years and do an equity analysis.

Make these four steps your Monday routine and I think your gets off to a good start.
