Hydrate guys/girls especially important in this hotter weather,

As I said on my story when you feel thirsty it’s way too late!

Make a habit of keep sipping away in between sessions or sets , if you are training at the gym or at the track riding,
If you are out endurance training then you need to be pro active with this all day in built up or night before,

Just like you would with fueling your body with carbohydrates, ,

But pls don’t just keep chugging water all day when it’s hot, !

You need to replace the lost minerals you are sweating out !

Water on its own won’t do this you can drink gallons but will just end up feeling full -bloated and heavy but still not rehydrated,

Some form of electrolytes (not the ones full of sugar ideally)
Or old school salt water,

You will feel so much better and your day will feel easier.

Obviously this goes for work time too especially if you are outside most of the time tradie etc,

Trust the process guys an girls,

Follow the program with progressive overload

Log your lifts,

Training 3-4 times a week

Track your calorie intake maintenance, deficit an surplus,

Drink your water,

Now do this consistently , make it a part of your lifestyle,

Big one ! Don’t overthink it to much, just do,

Don’t listen to the external dramas it’s just noise,

The human body is an incredible thing let it show you
What it’s capable off,

Have a great productive day people,

The More I have lived - the more life has taught me,

Some hard -some good lessons,

We all take different roads ,

But It never ceases to amaze me how some of them roads will lead you back to a crossroads you’ve been to before,

Sometimes you need to be bought back there!

So you can really appreciate that place through
open eyes and a different perspective!

That only by traveling those others roads did you gain that knowledge,

Remember trust your instincts !

If it feels right ,

If deep down it fills your soul or lights a fire ,

Then it’s probably right for you to chase it,

Despite what anyone else may think or say!

I don’t get to control how you live your life
An nore should I,

But I dam sure get to make the decisions how I live mine !

Chase those things that you are passionate about, that you wake up thinking about, that you wish you were doing when your at work, the ones you fall asleep thinking about,

Because if they are calling you - they will keep calling till you do something about it,

AND if you don’t well you will definitely regret it when it’s too late the change ,

Think of it like this ! - your body’s your engine!

Engines like to run, park your car up for long periods of time and it won’t like it, you start getting problems,

Well the body’s the same,

The more you move the more your body adapts to this,

The more efficient it becomes at doing it,

Bones become stronger -joints become more supple,

You burn more calories- your metabolism becomes more efficient,

You have more energy-you sleep better,

If you move more outside you get more fresh air - sun light,

Your mental state improves- you feel more at one with world,

Wahoo all this just from moving more !

Let’s just be clear on something I don’t do this stuff
Because it’s healthy,

I do it because holding myself accountable is a non negotiable! ( it was instilled into me youngster ),

But the main reasons are it makes me feel so alive!
( and dam sure living in the moment)

It reminds me who the fuck I am !

A great weekend I know this place is special from attending the vmxdn, here a few times,

But for the GP the track was something else 🤘

Great weather-sat made new friends 2 legs and four ,

Great too see @rubenfernandez70 in the paddock and then get to watch him win the mx1 qualifying race,

Kinda made my day if I’m honest 🙌

As for the rest, well was good to see all the Britts getting the support they deserved,

But was special to see @lucybarker310 get the starts here the crowd going wild for her !

An a good 4th in moto 2 on Sunday well deserved 🇬🇧

Felt privileged to be able to watch @lucascoenen96 and @sachacoenen79 doing what they do although obviously not at there best do to circumstances an injury ( not not for lack of trying I can tell you ! )

Good to see @tiga243 starting to gel with the Yamaha
( it’s coming 🙌)

But this weekend @jeffrey_herlings84 was just to good for them all once again,

Always special to watch him ride like that !
He can’t keep doing this forever one day you won’t get to see it anymore and you will just here people talking about it,
