Hey everyone, I've been taking a break from social media (highly recommended) but dipping back in as I received an email indicating that Tim Nichollas, Minister for Health and Ambulance Services (Qld) has responded to the petition to reverse the youth trans healthcare ban. You will be shocked to learn that he has decided not to reverse the ban and has, instead, cited, the Cass Review and the decisions of the UK Government to support his decision. I have written an email this morning and sent to him and my state MP, and I encourage you to do the same. Please reach out if I can help you put together your correspondence (I probably won't be checking instagram often, but will be on text and Messenger). Make your voice heard, and let Tim know that his job is not to further his own ideology, but to represent the people of Queensland. by @jameshultgren

Ashgrove Dance Studio annual show over for another year! Sadly not enough photos (too busy dancing!) but thankfully managed to snap a few yesterday.

It’s always so much hard work, and I wonder if I’ll make it through that Saturday night show, but the moment we hit that stage, it all feels worth it. Sometimes I think I must look like a crazy person, but I can’t help but smile when I see the people I’m so honoured to dance with giving it their all.

Thank you Wendy, Judy, Anne and Tammy for all your hard work in making us look so good and getting us to the stage! And thank you to all of the wonderful people who danced with me: I’m so lucky to be able to work with you! by @jameshultgren
