Stand up comedian, professional wrestling fan, disappointment to my mother. Shit, did I write the same thing three times?

The most fun charity comedy show is returning to @taketwobrewery next month! Ghost of Comics past is a comedy cover night where local comedians do their best celebrity impersonations of comedians past and present. All proceeds go to Toys of Hope, a Huntington Station based charity that donates toys, clothes and food to families in need. It’s $10 to perform, $5 to watch and donations of money or baskets for the raffles are accepted as well. Last year we raised $950, this year we are aiming for a lot more. taken in Bay Shore, New York by @jameskingcomedy

Post 2 of 2: follow everyone of these comedians, whether you saw them on these shows or not because every person who hit that stage CRUSHED! I would book them on any show in any room 100 more times if I could. (Also, sorry @creftmacandcheese I don’t have a stage photo of you cause I was too focused on my hour, y’all should follow him twice for that) also, shout out to Ashley for rocking my comedy shirt at the first show and KT for making all of this possible by @jameskingcomedy

Post 1 of 2: last night I produced my last comedy show at @oldsouldesignshop since they are closing at the end of the year. The evolution of the posters, the times, the number of shows and the changes in all of our headshots show how much this show changed and evolved. This was my first recurring show that I produced. I gained “fans” in this room, people who didn’t know before comedy but come to all of my shows in the area, and I worked with some of the most talented, funny, and hard working comedians in the country. Not only that, but I worked with a venue that supported art, comedy, local, and creating a space that everyone was welcome to come and laugh at. I know this seems like an ending but it’s the start of a new chapter for all involved. Thank you Old Soul for everything! taken in Plattsburgh, New York by @jameskingcomedy

The weekend's coming to a close, but that means your that much closer to seeing @jameskingcomedy !

"James King is a stand up comedian originally from Port Henry NY but is currently based out of Long Island. He has spent the last 12 years honing his craft and performing all across the north east at many comedy clubs, bars, breweries and any place that will give him a microphone. His stand up is personal and leaves crowds laughing and knowing way too much about James' life. From growing up in a small town of 1,600 to performing for more people than that in a weekend, James is ready to take the comedy world by storm."
