Proud to see @fuelhubuk recognised by @febegrowth100 as one of the UK’s fastest growing founder led businesses at Abbey Road Studios this week 🔥

A brilliant evening surrounded by some unbelievable entrepreneurs and businesses. This recognition belongs to the whole FuelHub team and the hard work they put in every day 👏🏻 by @jameslaithwaite

Taking @jakedearden_ inside FuelHub HQ

From our development and production kitchens to our production lines and fulfilment centre. Always proud to show our ambassadors where it all happens.

But prouder still to introduce the incredible team behind it all.

Welcome to Team FuelHub, Jake 🤝 by @jameslaithwaite

You get so caught up in the day to day, week to week, you forget to stop and take it all in.

Looking back at the last couple of weeks has stopped me in my tracks a bit. @fuelhubuk has been the most challenging journey of my life, but so much to be thankful for. Building it with @michellelaithwaite and our amazing team makes it all worthwhile.

Being consistent, showing up and working hard every day It all adds up.

Proud of how far we’ve come, but it feels like we’re only just getting started 🙏🏻 by @jameslaithwaite

FuelHub has been ranked number 39 in The Sunday Times 100 2026. A list of Britain’s fastest growing private companies.

Seven years ago, we started our business from scratch from our kitchen table.

So proud of how far we’ve come, the team we’ve built and the 4 million meals that we have served to customers across the UK💚

Happy birthday @michellelaithwaite 🥳

An incredible mum, wife and our formidable CEO.

Michelle has been steering the FuelHub ship from day one, through every high, low and challenge we’ve faced. Her strength, resilience and ability to keep moving forward inspire everyone around her especially me and the boys.

Here’s to another year of making memories and building something incredible together ❤️ by @jameslaithwaite

Train with purpose. Fuel with quality.

FuelHub on hand at Ace Performance to refuel the members after an epic session.

Great training deserves great nutrition - premium, macro-balanced meals built to support performance, recovery and whatever comes next.

Put the work in. Fuel the results. by @jameslaithwaite

Want to hear an incredible story of entrepreneurship, and success through adversity?

From playing in front of tens of thousands, to career ending injuries, to labouring on a building site… to building one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses - today’s guest is what Project Possible is all about.

Describing himself as one of rugby league’s ‘unluckiest’ players, today’s guest @jameslaithwaite broke the same leg four times, broke his neck on the pitch and lost the only career he had ever imagined.

At 27, he went from playing professional rugby league in front of tens of thousands to labouring on building sites, with a baby on the way and no fallback plan.

Then he and his wife @michellelaithwaite started meal prep business @fuelhubuk.

Their son was born on the day the company launched - James talks about leaving the hospital that morning to deliver its first meals.

They later sold everything, emptied their savings and risked it all to keep it alive.

Seven years later, FuelHub produces around 25,000 meals a week, turns over nearly £7 million - it’s on track to hit £12m this year - and has become one of the UK’s fastest-growing private businesses.

Its customers and partners include Team GB, England Rugby, Manchester United, Chelsea, Fulham, @eddiehearn and @matchroomboxing.

This is a conversation about losing the only identity you’ve ever known, risking everything on a second chance and building an entirely new life from scratch.

🔃 Reposts, follows and story shares hugely appreciated

@fuelhubuk has been ranked #39 in @thetimes Top 100 Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies in Britain 🚀

Honestly, it’s hard to put into words what this means to us.

When we started FuelHub, we had a simple vision, to make high-quality nutrition more accessible and build a business we could be proud of.

To be recognised by The Sunday Times alongside some of the UK’s fastest growing businesses is a huge achievement, but this recognition belongs to far more people than just us.

It belongs to every member of the Fuelhub team who turns up everyday and gives it everything they got. Our customers who trust us to fuel their performance, our families who have supported us through every challenge, and the people who have believed in our vision from the very beginning.

Over the last few years we’ve gone from our own kitchen to producing over 3 million meals from our HQ in Warrington, supplying elite sports teams, leading businesses and customers across the UK.

This is a proud moment for us both. Not because of the ranking itself, but because of what it represents: years of hard work, sacrifice, resilience and belief 💚🚀 by @jameslaithwaite

Always a nasty one 🤪
