Edinburgh
A wonderful week of watching and being amazed at the mad talented bastards who put on a show up there each year.
And then a 24 hour trip to the TV Festival to unexpectedly win the Best Comedy Show at the awards for @snluk, seeing the amazing jackshep pick up TV moment of the year for his Princess Di and then doing a panel with lovely people hosted by the consistently brilliant @thisisalicelevine.
Congrats on the award to all the @snluk team who blow me away each week

Also ran into the inspirational @hiphopcaucus to remind us plastics are fossil fuels. Keep fighting the fight.

Thanks for having us @edinburghtvfest by @jameslongman01

What a summer. Partnered with the wonderful @fulwell to produce a late night World Cup comedy show for @foxsports.
Amazing team.
Love to @j_corden @iankarmel Rio and Malcom and Margaret for leading the attack.
@mrbenwinston @gabeturner73 Eric Pankowski @laurengreenberg1 @josiecliff + @aimeenathan for solid midfield.
And an amazing team for doing all the hard graft at the back.
@timmancinelli with safe hands in the nets.
Thanks to @foxsports for having us. Thanks to @ollieb for keeping the home fires burning.
26 shows. Every World Cup match watched. Final whistle blown.

When 'SNL UK' was preparing to launch, the show was met with a mountain of eye-rolling skeptics concerned with the format, the audience, and the American-ness of it all.

Unfortunately for those skeptics, the show is a success.

Manori Ravindran speaks with showrunner James Longman and cast members Jack Shep, Emma Sidi and Celeste Dring about how they pulled it off.
