Enjoyed going down a mini anti-inflammatory rabbit hole after reading NYT article about it. Here's a selection of foods relevant for me that do and don't soothe inflammation. Goes without saying that alcohol is definitely inflammatory (clear spirits better than things like wine, beer, sugary mixed drinks). I have been eating lots of spinach the past 6 months. Will reduce that and opt for kale, broccoli, and other greens instead. Sharing all this in case it inspires/educates others. by @jamesmitchell4

Already not great air quality this morning. And on those super fresh days we had 2 weeks ago? Honestly was biking through southeast quadrant of downtown Toronto and could tell that the air quality was poorer there - it's the worst spot in TO yet has no air quality stations/citizen monitors. Will email the province and city. by @jamesmitchell4
