I started working with Thomas and James on Faces back in November 2023. We had a zoom call whilst I was in the UK about shooting a WW1 short film and all the challenges that would come with bringing this film to life. The crew we managed to pull together on this absolutely nailed the vision and made the entire shooting experience one of my favourites. Glenns magic as a production designer cannot be overlooked, Laura and the HMU/costume team grounded this film in the period, Aaron and his lighting team shaped the look of this film and my amazing camera department for running around pitch black locations and pulling sharps on a lens that fights you every second of the way 🎞️ Very grateful to have been a part of this and taking any offers from financiers to turn this into a feature 👀

I managed to direct the new music video for @nocigarmusic the week before flying to my new home 🇬🇧 Shooting for the boys has been a little dream of mine for the last few years and just want to thank them for allowing me to not be only be apart of it but running with my ideas throughout the process.

Shot this alongside the incredibly talented @richard.surrey who made the camera package look effortless 🎞️

@codey_allen & @tasmanvance were our wonderful leads who made this their own! As someone who is new to directing, you two made it a breeze when you understood the shot and helped communicate ideas around it 💕

Live at the Powerstation is out now. All 18 songs from a very special night in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland available in full on YouTube.

Playing to a hometown crowd is always one we’ll never take for granted. Thank you to everyone who came and sung their hearts out with us that night, and every other night of the tour, allowing us to continue doing what we love.

A very special thank you to @tomgrut for bringing this all to life, directing a legendary crew alongside the director of photography and good friend @jamesmoorevisuals. Audio was recorded by our beloved Sound Daddy @suren.unka, and mixed by the one and only @connorjaine. Also big shout out to our wonderful camera operators @devannarsai and @creativebyjade, lighting legend @ooshproductions, stage / lighting design by @cat.ellis.design, light pillar lights provided by @angus_muir_design, backdrop designed by @seanwakely and the walk on track ‘Dune’ by @kvndramvsic (with a few synths and familiar samples thrown in the mix). LEVI JEANS @gretavdb

This is the last of a series of music videos for Greta, completing her debut album. We’ve managed to make 5 movies, all from different genres across the last year or so.

It’s been a whirlwind working with an actor, combat stunt performer, horse rider and singer. Thank you thank you @gretavdb

Having the resources and collaborators to stretch past your comfort zone as a filmmaker is always a privilege.

At the start of last year I promised myself I’m gonna push further than pretty visuals, I want to make exciting stories with action and narrative.

We’ve seen Greta at bloody dinner parties, floating in the woods, crashing a car, rampaging through a film set and now dancing in a flooded barn.

A couple of times I’ve felt totally under-qualified for the task, but with the backing of some of my favourite collaborators, we’ve pulled off the impossible every time. Absolutely nuts to reflect on.

Huge shoutout to James and Aaron who have seen through these insane ambitions alongside me. And another huge mihi to the crews that tirelessly put the pieces in place <3
