More tippytappy experiments.
Kick drum triggers the baseline while contact mics in the cymbal and snare trigger all that high end goodness.

A project from producer/drummer Adam Betts (Squarepusher, Goldie, Three Trapped Tigers,Melt Yourself Down). An argument between a drum kit and a laptop, the idea for this project came from a desire to see what music could be generated from a drum kit - could there be freedom whilst still resulting in music that was immediate, engaging and not entirely wanky. Trying to find the balance between the immediacy of punk and improv and the sonic possibilities of electronic music. With a new album finished, this will be one of the first chances to perform these songs live.

Free Flow is the new album by UK electronic artist Inwards (Kristian Shelley), exploring creative “flow states” where time slows and instinct takes over. Known for melodic productions built from modular synths and found sounds, Inwards has earned support from Resident Advisor, MOJO, Clash and BBC 6 Music, and has performed alongside Lapalux and Forest Swords. Built from live improvisation, Free Flow embraces repetition, looseness and chance — drifting rhythms and fading melodies that create space for reflection.

Jusjim is the solo project of James Vine, one of the UK’s most exciting new drummers. Blending melodic jazz phrasing with angular electronics and the raw energy of punk and metal, his sound is both technical and visceral. Best known for his work with experimental trio Waldo’s Gift, JUSJIM expands his approach into a solo space, combining performance with creative technology. With a background in Computer Science, Vine explores intuitive ways to interact with sound, crafting forward-thinking, rhythm-driven music.
