Great 2 days mentoring @fellowshiphair Ann Herman scholarship winner @jord_heyes_hair ✂️

Day one was all about unlocking confidence and creativity and day 2 was a photoshoot and bringing those creative ideas to life with jord working alongside @milliebraham_hair on behalf of @nashwhite under my guidance.

The moment of realisation that 20years of dedication to a craft you both have ticked off a milestone you’ve both been chasing for a long time….. LONDON FASHION WEEK LEADS 🫡✂️

The setbacks, the ups the downs, the highs the lows, the pivots, chasing dreams that people will laugh at you behind your back for having, moments like this are why you have dreams in the first place, the late nights long days and sacrifices - the list is endless of what goes into it.

I have a feeling that things are about to get crazier for us both once again after this but there’s nothing better then getting to experience this journey with one of my best mates @staceywright_ next to me in the trenches ❤️

Yes I got emotional, I know crazy I actually have emotions who’d of known hey 😂

For Yuhan Wang SS27, James Parr and Stacey Wright used the Wahl Professional styling range to create the height, shape and texture needed to bring the “Sweet Nightmare” concept to life.

Pro Shine Curling Tongs created soft, defined curls and pin-curl shapes before the hair was intentionally deconstructed.

The Vanquish dryer built lift, texture and movement while breaking down the polished finish.

The Pro Glide Straightener refined and shaped the hair where needed, helping create a controlled finish while keeping the overall look soft and effortless.

On Saturday 19th September, James Parr and Stacey Wright made their London Fashion Week hair lead debut for Wahl Professional, leading the hair team backstage at Yuhan Wang’s SS27 show.

For “Sweet Nightmare”, Yuhan Wang’s SS27 collection exploring the space between waking and sleep, James and Stacey created hair that felt romantic, dreamlike and deliberately undone.

Using the Wahl Professional styling range, the team worked with the WAHL Pro Shine Curling Tongs, Vanquish Hairdryer and Pro Glide Straightener to build the texture, shape and movement behind the look.

Soft curls. Lifted roots. Undone texture. A little imperfect by design.
