I got diagnosed with Combined ADHD at 35.For years people told me I had ADHD and I always brushed it off. Looking back, a lot of things now make sense.Overthinking conversations for days, over-explaining myself because I hate being misunderstood, forgetting random things but never missing work, constantly coming up with new ideas, struggling to switch my brain off, and putting other people’s happiness before my own.Getting diagnosed didn’t change who I am.It just helped me understand why I am the way I am.#ADHD #LateDiagnosis #ADHDAwareness #Neurodivergent #ADHDLife by @jamesrobo30
