It hit me that I haven’t done a proper Fitness Accountability post in a LONG time! Those who know me know that I very much suffer from Body Dysmorphia!
I’m extremely proud of myself for the continued hard work and dedication coming back from injuries/surgeries and personal stuff to not only try to get back to where I was before but to hopefully go beyond that! I’m NEVER satisfied and I know I still have A LOT of work to do but that being said, I’ve always loved the MLK quote “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward”. I’ve tried to apply that to not only lifting but to my career, martial arts and to all aspects of my life!

I’ll leave it with that! Happy Workout Wednesday 💪🏼☺️

Here’s a little peek behind the curtain 🎬

Previs ➡️ On the Day

We moved some choreography around once we got on set, but all in all, the original idea stayed pretty much the same.

Always cool seeing something go from an idea, to previs, to the final shot. 💥

A little BTS + POV of how we got the shot 👀🎥

Thank you again to everyone involved!

Roll for Combat! (Created by @bwisch_stunts )
Round 1!

Essentially, roll the dice for random choreo beats and “make it work!” 💪🏼👊🏼 really cool training exercise!
