Last night was one of those nights I’ll never forget. 🏆

Being recognized as one of @lvrmembers Who’s Who 40 Under 40 is an incredible honor, but having my team there with me is what made the night truly special.

I got sober over 8 years ago, and that decision gave me the opportunity to completely rebuild my life. Everything I have today, my career, my business, my relationships, and this team, was built on the other side of that decision.

But somewhere along the way, this stopped being just about what I could accomplish.

This team gives me purpose.

I wake up every day thinking about how I can help them grow, how I can make their businesses better, and how I can help each of them create their own version of success. Seeing them standing there cheering for me last night reminded me exactly why I do this.

The award may have had my name on it, but we earned this together.

To @thesharpteam family, thank you for showing up for me last night and for showing up every day. I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building together.

And we’re just getting started. 🚀

Honored to share that I was recognized with the Who’s Who Under 40 award from the Las Vegas Realtors for 2026.

Real estate has been one of the most rewarding but also one of the most mentally challenging things I’ve ever done. There have been incredible highs, difficult lows, deals that fell apart, clients that became friends, long days, stressful nights, and a lot of learning along the way.

A special thank you to my wife Brooke and my father for standing beside me while I was trying to get my life together and get this career off the ground. There were plenty of moments where believing in me probably wasn’t easy, but your support changed my life more than you know.

This definitely isn’t an individual accomplishment. Huge thank you to my team for supporting each other day in and day out. Whether it’s jumping in to host open houses, helping show homes, answering questions, sharing advice, or stepping up when someone needs help, we truly have a group of people who want to see each other succeed and I’m grateful to be building this alongside all of you.

Grateful for every client who trusted us, every mentor who gave advice, every agent who collaborated with us, and everyone who has supported this journey since day one. Still feels like we’re just getting started. 🙏

Had an absolutely amazing time in New York celebrating my baby cousin @tracydeady getting married! 💍 Nothing better than spending time with family, making memories & celebrating! We also got to head over to Staten Island to catch a football game at my dad’s old high school and of course get some pizza @joeandpats 🍕🏈❤️
