We promised more book responses from the children at Broke Hall Primary School... and here they are! Aren't they brilliant! We're so grateful to the school for sharing these, and for your fantastic sessions which have taught the important messages of 'You Are Awesome' by @matthewsyedauthor. You are all AWESOME! 😀

It is very exciting for James' Team to hear from @matthewsyedauthor! Here is Matthew's message to the 1200 children who so far have received their own copy of You Are Awesome:

'I am absolutely thrilled that so many children have received You Are Awesome.
I hope that they enjoy the book and take the messages in it to heart.
Trying new things, making mistakes and building resilience are such important skills for the changing world we live'.

Children receive the book along with school-led sessions that help with understanding the book's main themes of resilience and self-belief.

Thank you @gbsbuilders for choosing James' Team as the charity to benefit from the Annual GBS Golf Day this year. Your extremely generous donation of £3695 will provide many more local children with their own copy of the book 'You Are Awesome' by @matthewsyedauthor. This Bookshop Day, we are proud to celebrate our local indie bookshop, the brilliant @dial_lane_books! Andrew and the team are so friendly, and the shop is an absolute treasure trove, full to brimming with lovely books! 📚

At James' Team , we keep it local and source all copies of 'You Are Awesome' from the shop. @jamesteam18 provide this book to local children to assist with their wellbeing as they transition to high school.

Thank you to The Birkbeck Singers for raising funds for James’ Team at their lunchtime concert this week! A hugely generous sum of £300 was raised with a raffle and retiring collection! This will provide many more copies of the book 'You Are Awesome' to assist children with transition to high school. Together we can make difference and empower young minds here in Suffolk.
