- 1 bottle blue curaçao 🇨🇼 about 25oz

Easy Punch Bowl Ice Hack⛲️🧊 my favorite way to chill a party punch. It’s not only festive but melts super slow too! by @jameswitty

Why do you add water to batched cocktails? Let me show you…with a little science experiment ✨

Stirring or shaking does a few things:

1. It makes the drink cold by subtly melting the ice and that cold liquid is what seeps into the existing liquids and makes it cold.
2. That melting ice also adds dilution (balance) to the cocktail.
3. If shaking, it adds texture but introducing little air bubbles 🫧

A Tropical Negroni? 🌴🍊💯 @sartispritz

I’m not gonna lie, I wasn’t sure how this was gonna go but man am I stoked on the result. I fruity complex Negroni riff that is absurdly refreshing!

I went 1 part Sarti to ¾ gin & vermouth bout equal parts or even 1.5 to 1 would be great!
