Happy almost Friday, friends. I realized I’ve been posting so many reels; lately, I thought it was time to share my mug with some new friends here 👋🏼I’m Courtni.. Or some call me C$ on a good day 😎 I’m glad you’re here. Welcome to Jam Hot Radio. A space to connect over music, arts, records, and everything in between. You can catch my Sunday Selections on Sunday, where I feature my favorite vinyl of the weekend. I also sit down and chat with creatives from our city (and beyond) to discuss their current projects, what they’re cookin’ up, and what’s to come. Join us Sundays in August for Cathedral of Funk: Open Air Sessions—an afternoon of sunshine, funky grooves and your favorite dance floor humans. No dance experience required. No pressure. Just good music, free movement, and a community that loves to groove.🕺 Kicking off NEXT WEEKEND | 2–4 PM✨ August 2 • 9 • 16 • 23 With special guest DJs throughout the month! (REALLY excited about the lineup we have 8/9 - 8/23) For our Open Air Sessions, we’ll be asking for a suggested $10 donation (pay what you can) to help us continue growing this dance floor community we’ve built together. Your support helps us create more spaces where everyone can move, connect, and belong. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Come groove. Getting ready for @stufftodofair tonight & reminiscing on all the beautiful layers that is Jam Hot Radio. What started as a place to share deep cuts & concert footage turned into a podcast with @sabdoesyoga then sprouted into interviewing creatives in our city & beyond (thanks @yosakigirl) which blossomed into curating live events & now tapping into DJing & man.. what a fun journey it’s been.Whether you’ve been here from day one or I met you on the dance floor this year.. thank you for being apart of the magic 💫 You can find all of these interviews and more on my YouTube.
