****LONG POST ALERT, READ IT IF YOU WANNA****

This was HARD. I kept telling God to let me know if he wanted me to stop because trust I had no problem stopping or delaying (forever lol). I wanted to give up soooo bad but at the same time I didn’t because I wanted to be obedient.

While working on this I kept telling myself I can’t wait to reap in joy because chile the tearssssss that were sowed were MANY. So much was going on at the same time, something always went wrong, I literally thought I was losing my mind. But God literally revealed Himself in so many ways to me in this process, He was with me, He cared, and He heard my pleas & cries.

He showed Himself as a provider, mind regulator, teacher, comforter, wisest counselor, and friend—most importantly, He showed Himself to be trustworthy and dependable, through the most inconvenient situations and circumstances. ALL of my help came from Him chile.

Y’all I chose obedience over comfort and I can’t say I regret it. I had to quite literally do what I’m singing about, I did anything He wanted regardless of how much my flesh wanted to quit. I was literally living out what I’m singing about. All glory be to God.

& even if this song doesn’t get all the streams or win any awards, I’m satisfied in my obedience, that His glory was revealed, even if it was just to me, I did what He wanted me to do. I don’t know why He wanted me to do it or why in this timing, but oh Lord thine will be done. That’s the award, that’s the victory. I ate and I’m satisfied 💅🏾

Anything you want available on all streaming platforms right now!

@jamia.sings 💯‼️

The great @asaphaward shared with me that a major part of production is psychology. & Boy does that ring true with this one 😆… Genuinely, never a dull moment!

The tone, the ability, the anointing is TRUE and PURE! Love you J! Thank you for being YOU.
