Weird good, not weird bad. Lynchian. Look, I’m grateful for the position. It’s tough out there. #notShakespeare #Shareholders by @jamie_1947_

It’s been too long! Great to see you! Hey a lot of people have been encouraging me recently to keep posting— but no more Shakespeare maybe?? hahaha so here’s Bassanio from Merchant of Venice, palm out. He’s got no money, what a loser!!! Don’t worry he gets the girl and no other bad things happen #shakespeare #venturablvd #Antonio #loveyouguys by @jamie_1947_

Villainous Aaron plots aloud, from Titus Andronicus- one of His earliest. “Mount her pitch” is a falconry term, referring to the height of one’s bird.. but yeah, it’s a double entendre obvi. This is a horny speech #shakespeare #venturablvd #brickedsoliloquy by @jamie_1947_

Good evening! Henry V, 4th prologue, the night before the big battle at Agincourt. “A little touch of Harry in the night” lol. There’s a recording of Orson Welles reading this speech, and honestly he sounds pretty good. #shakespeare #VenturaBlvd #HenryV #goodfrenchaccent by @jamie_1947_

Play with your fancies! 🧚🏽‍♀️ (Here’s my thesis: he invents the idea of cinema in these prologues- these are spoken storyboards, they’re pre-vis for footage they wouldn’t be able to shoot for another 400 years. This is my Ted Talk) Work was fine, thanks for asking #Shakespeare #HenryV #drawthehugebottoms by @jamie_1947_
