I've no idea what I found so funny as this play has been no laughing matter. It's a very important story about the scary state & direction of the UK. I hope it moves even a few people to engage some of the dangerous ways of thinking in their communities. Reformed has been such a pleasure, working with all these wonderful humans on a really powerful piece.

Every role, every story & every creative process feels like a blessing. I appreciate all the support & kind words so far. & those who came to support. Till then you'll have to wait & see why "She is the game."

It was such a pleasure hosting this year's @londonframesiff & be able to meet & celebrate all these (& more) wonderful films & film makers. This was on of those rare jobs where I got to combine my two passions of #Acting & #Presenting. Thanks for having me, lovely to meet you all. What a lovely audience & group of people. taken in Finsbury Park Picturehouse by @jamiedhunt

I'm a little late but just wanted to say a massive thank to everyone who made my last Birthday super special. Thank you for the calls, messages, gifts, dinners, videos, flowers, food.

The last year was a lot so taking in some sun, rest & relaxation. This year has already been a year of transformation, letting go of a lot & embracing the change & chaos.

On the big day I shed tears, I was feasted on by all the Mosquitos & took on a couple of extra shades & had a time.

Thank you for the love. It is reciprocated. The best is yet to come!💙✌🏾! taken in Barbados by @jamiedhunt

Monday I'm overrated...

Such a pleasure attending the UK Premiere of Ballad of a Small Player as part of the @britishfilminstitute #LFF #LFF2025. This is a super vivid novel adapted for screen set to the crazy backdrop of Macau.

Thanks for being my plus one @jackmcampbell_. You inspire me daily to show more chest.

I don't always feel special for my birthday, but I made myself a promise that I'd always do myself to make myself feel special. As per most of my life all I wanted for my Birthday was sunshine, so the Bahamas, was the perfect place to age.

For my Birthday, I got 13 Mosquito bites, 5 auditions, some good ass food & a face full of Sunshine.

Thank you for all the beautiful messages, gifts, calls & the best vibes!💙! taken in The Bahamas by @jamiedhunt

@piecebypiecefilm is a cinematic revelation. So good, so inspiring. The medium of a @lego movie was a fantastic way to tell this story.

@pharrell has always been an inspiration & this movie has just affirmed why I think he is the GOAT. His artistry, his determination & his innovation are unmatched. His words through laryngitis before the film were so inspiring. It was such a pleasure attending this UK Premiere with one of my favourites at @britishfilminstitute #LFF #LFF2024.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to each & every person who sent messages, texts, emails, DMs, voicenotes, gifts, cards, who called & who showed up to celebrate my Birthday this year!💙!

Thank you for making me feel special, important & loved. This life thing has been a long road & even though this wasn't a milestone, it felt like one. We raised a glass to those who couldn't be there & those who are no longer here.

I appreciate all the love. It brought a tear to my ageing eye (just the one).

Gutted I didn't get pics with all of y'all but we have the rest of our lives for that. by @jamiedhunt

It was almost 8 years to the day since I got to experience this beautiful story on Broadway for the first time. I need more of us to be talking about what a powerful & affecting experience @thecolorpurple is. Every about it vibrates in such a beautiful way. The cinematography, the performances, the choreography (in & out of song which are seemless). Stunning movie. Stunning performances; I got goosebumps, I crier, I laughed (longer than I should have). This film is now out in the UK. Go see it, listen to that celebrate. Celebrate the power & strength of beautiful black women. Thank you to @warnerbrosuk for having us at a preview screening!💜! Thank you to everyone who was a part of this incredible movie!💜! #TheColorPurple #TheColourPurple taken in Warner Bros. 98, Theobald Street. by @jamiedhunt
