Thank you everyone!! by @jamiegymjam

Was feeling a bit down, because I'm not quite where I want to be, or where I feel like I "should" be.
Then I saw my recap of last month and realized.... I've only been back at it for a month.
Time takes time, all I can do is stay consistent and trust the process 🙏 by @jamiegymjam

I've been searching for this shirt in my closet all October long... I found it just in time for my last big workout of the month - another phenomenal #Powerful class at Union Fitness 🙌 🎃
I bought the tee with strong intentions a year ago and yet I somehow managed to transform backwards 😅🤦‍♀️
Maybe I was cursed....maybe it's just time to stop getting in my own way. Self destructive habits can be real scary stuff 😱
Also stoked that I worked out #13 days this month! That's the spooky number, if ya didn't know! by @jamiegymjam

Focused mainly on cardio today but got a small arm workout in.

Super stoked that I got my Ben Franklin rocking on the electric guitar tee in the mail from @foundingrockers!

3 weeks ago, I joined the "21 day 5 lbs down challenge" with @higher_grounds_fitness, and I'm couldn't be happier that I did!!
Not only did I win first place (as well as some of the mini challenges!!) but I got back into a consistent, enjoyable fitness routine after being basically inactive for over a year.
I'm so thankful that I had this opportunity to kickstart my goals in a way that I know will be sustainable!!
Can't wait to see where keeping the momentum going, takes me! 💪💪💪💪💪 by @jamiegymjam

Took my very first "Pound" class today and it ROCKED.
My lack of rhythm was even more apparent with the ripstix then it was with Zumba but I can't wait to keep coming back and improve :) I also love that the instructor did a "pink out" for Breast Cancer awareness and had a spooky seasonal Playlist!!

That class was followed by an incredible Yoga vinyasa class (where I didn't take a selfie). I think my new weekend workout schedule is set lol by @jamiegymjam

Came back to the gym for a second time today so don't mind that I'm struggling a bit on bench and finished what I was supposed to do for my Wednesday workout 😅
It's always Progress over Perfection 👌 by @jamiegymjam

First time in a Zumba class in probably 8 years and I'm in love with it all over again by @jamiegymjam

Another incredible #Powerful class at @unionfitnesspgh
Feels so good to be pushing myself and lifting heavy again 😁 by @jamiegymjam
