Tomorrow will marks Day 1 of the #JustKeepPushing challenge. 30 days of grit to prepare for a 2-night wilderness hike for @ehlersdanlosuk @mindcharity @andysmanclubuk @ambitiousaboutautism

For years, I was told my 'machine' was broken. Now, I’m proving that your diagnosis is not your destination and with the right maintenance and mindset, anything is possible 🙌

✅ 100% of public donations go to charity.
Follow the journey. Support the cause. Let’s show the world what we CAN do 🛠️ ⛰️

Day 10: If the glue doesn't stick, you gotta build the frame 🛠️🏗️

Explaining Ehlers Danlos to the public today. People see the ruck, but they don't see the hypermobility or the daily fatigue. Talking to strangers about mental health and chronic illness is part of the training.

The support in Leeds has been massive. If you see the 10kg pack and the "Just Keep Pushing" gear stop me and say hello! 🤝

10 Days strong. Let’s keep moving 🏔️

It’s all coming together! 🛠️💥

The Crafter has been getting crafted, and this week it’s officially at the wrap shop getting its full makeover. Taking the right steps from day one, and it already feels like the hard work is paying off!

We’re getting closer to hitting the streets of Leeds.

Drop a comment below, what color do you think we went with for the wrap? You should know!🎨👇

Quick update on the JKP progress! 🛠️

Currently finishing up some brake pads on a 2020 Audi A3. We’re working hard to get the mobile servicing and detailing business up and running.

Thanks for the patience while we navigate the funding process - can’t wait to get out there and serve the people of Leeds!

Stay tuned.
