Things I did this year that I am so proud of🤍🙏🏻💫

Survived twin pregnancy for 37 weeks and 3 whole days

Safely delivered 2 beautiful babies, at the same time

Advocated for myself and caught an underlying postpartum health issue before it became worse

Pushed myself to my absolute breaking point in new motherhood and kept going

Stood up for myself, even when it cost me close relationships

Put my career on hold to stay home and raise my babies

Found joy in motherhood amongst all its hardships

Continued to be present in my marriage even when I felt like I was drowning

Fought silent battles no one but me knew anything about

Gave it my all

Forgave myself

Started to love myself again by @jamielee_designs

3 months since the last time we walked out of the place we called home for 5.5 years😭🤍🏠

I remember how grumpy both kids were and how exhausted we were from moving all weekend, but my mom and court convinced me I’d regret not taking any pics in our empty house, like I’d planned, and I’m so thankful to have these little snapshots of our last time in our favorite place.🥲

This home has truly seen every phase of me and Trevor. As much as we will miss it, it was time to move on.❤️‍🩹There were so many joyful memories, but also some of the most difficult challenges were within these 4 walls. Forever grateful for the lessons and comfort this home brought our family🫶🏻

I know they say “you can’t go home again”🏠😭❤️‍🩹Nothing but absolute gratitude for the house that built my family🙏🏻

I will forever cherish every single season this house held for us. I’ve never felt so heartbroken to leave a home. This place literally built me and I’ll forever be thankful for the memories it holds for us🥹🥲

We moved at 3 months ago, and seeing this pictures/videos still brings tears to my eyes. So much love for our house we made a home❤️‍🩹 taken in Mapleton, Utah by @jamielee_designs
