We asked our therapists one very important question:

Whatโ€™s the most therapist thing about you?

Because apparently, being a therapist doesnโ€™t just turn off when we leave the officeโ€ฆ๐Ÿ˜‚

Okay, therapistsโ€ฆ your turn! Whatโ€™s YOUR most therapist thing? ๐Ÿ‘€

Clinicians: I hear you and I see you. ๐Ÿ’›

The field of mental health is struggling.

Many of us are overwhelmed, overworked, and burnt out. We have record numbers of clinicians leaving the field altogether.

And yet public mental health needs continue to rise.

When you look at current national trends, itโ€™s not really surprising as to why this is happening. The most notable: battling tech takeover, an increasingly medicalized approach to care, stagnant wages, and, in my opinion, a lack of quality training and proper support for the type of work that we do.

We need to be able to honor our roots while also allowing science to guide us in advancing our work. We need to better balance the old and the new. We need to be able to have proper discourse, explore new ideas, both challenge old systems while also holding on to the core humanistic principles of the field.

And most importantly, we need to honor and care for ourselves as sacred vessels of this work.

We do this by lifting each other up, not tearing each other down.

We do this in collaboration.

We do this in community.

I am determined to disrupt the current trajectory of this field. To build spaces where clinicians at all levels of their career feel deeply supported in their work and respected for their expertise. Where they can feel like they are connected to and part of a movement that is rooted in strong core values and an unwavering vision dedicated solely to their well-being.

In addition to sharing intentional and meaningful content on this page, I am in the process of very mindfully curating retreats, think tanks and supportive supervision events that help us do just that: connect, grow and co-create ways to do this work in a sustainable and authentic way.

Details on all events coming soon - DM me to connect and chat about how you can get involved!

We are stronger together. ๐Ÿ’› taken in Saint Petersburg, Florida by @jamiemolnar

Hello! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Welcome to my social media home. ๐Ÿ

My name is Jamie and I am a licensed psychotherapist, a 3x business owner, and a lover of coffee (soy cappuccino, please!), animals and any kind of outdoor adventure.

I have been in the field for 20+ years now, many of those years spent training clinicians, and I have seen so much along the way. The burnout, the lack of proper support, the systemic pressures, the business challenges, the isolating nature of the work. All of which I have experienced at some point myself.

As I navigated these issues, and helped other clinicians find their way, I realized how much I leaned on my community for support throughout all of it.

Considering our field is rooted in the power of relationship, it saddens me to see how many therapists feel isolated and donโ€™t have access to quality support.

I truly believe in the power of community. And because this is what has made the biggest impact on my ability to succeed in this field, I decided to build community experiences for other therapists that offer connection and support at all stages of their careers.

I want to help you build the clinical skills, the business knowledge and the energetic framework you need that helps you do this work in an embodied, sustainable and heart-centered way. And I believe we do this through community.

The field often feels broken. But I still have hope.

I want to elevate our work.
I want to disrupt.
I want to innovate.

We need each other now more than ever. And this is why I am so intent on building the spaces that provide access what we truly need - the connection, the support, the guidance.

We give so much. And we deserve to have the support we need too.

If this resonates, join me in building a heart-centered, embodied community of therapists that believe in collaboration, intentional living, and soul-driven work.

This page will be full of prompts, quotes, and ideas to help you build these skills. It will also foster community connections that are meaningful and long-lasting.

Together, we can create a new paradigm that better supports us, and in turn, the people we serve. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป by @jamiemolnar
