💉 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY — LET’S TALK ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS! 💪❤️

Starving yourself is NOT the answer.

Weight loss shots alone are NOT the answer.

And the number on the scale is NOT the only measure of your success!

As a Nurse Practitioner, I want my patients to understand something very important: Weight loss is about so much more than an injection.

Sure, weight loss medications like GLP-1s can be incredible tools! They can help control appetite, improve metabolic health, and support meaningful weight loss.

But the medication is only ONE piece of the puzzle.

✨ Are you eating enough to fuel your body?

✨ Are you getting the protein your body needs to maintain muscle?

✨ Are you moving your body and building strength?

✨ Are you drinking enough water?

✨ Are you creating healthy habits that will last long after the medication?
